does anybody else feel like their female is holding onto her eggs as long as she can, just to spite them? my girl myrtle is my first female i've bred, and let's just say that she wasn't very into it. she's very prissy, and i think caiman (the male i bred her to) seemed like some sort of yokel to her. heh. i can practically see her asking him how much he cost, then snorting with disgust. i guess i'm also extra nervous because i've never bred my leos before. i've got everything set, i've done my research twice over, but i'm still scared. i mean, these guys are my pets, and i care a lot about them. i just hope all goes well. she's in her own 10 gallon, with a great laybox, and the incubator is ready. the other girl i've bred (to my boy rasputin) is also 'with eggs,' though not as far along. she's still in with rasputin, as they seem to get along really well. eee! i'm so excited and nervous!
