Newbie question

I just got my first ball and I was wondering how long it takes for them to pass their waste. He ate about 5 days ago. thanks

i would not worry at 5 days. maybe after 2 weeks. especially if nothing happens right before or after shed.

My Ball Python (Sosa) only dropped a deuce twice and I've had him for 5 months. It took a while.

I never really paid attention to how long it takes for mine to go poo. I'm sure it all depends on how often the snake is feeding. If I had to guess, I would say it's probably around a week or more post feeding.

but I am NOT complaining! They sure are different than colubrids - a LOT less cage cleaning per pound of snake.

LOL!! Tell me about it! I bailed out of my corns to get into ball pythons for multiple reasons, but the amount of "cleaning per pound of snake" is one of the big reasons I switched
