Hi,

nice looking but I´d say its not tall enough for Phelsumas bigger than klemmeris. Also there are definitely not enough vertical climbing opportunties in it. So add a lot more bamboo sticks or the like.
Also I do not see any high intensity lighting. Do´nt you use metal halides?

Best regards

Ingo

OK, i can add more bamboo no problem.
My lighting consists of:

- a 60watt bulb for heat.
- a Compact Reptisun 5.0 bulb.
- and a Reptisun 5.0 flourescent tube bulb

It looks a little cramped to me with all that dirt. How big is the tank? Other than that it looks fine but where is the water dish?

funnyman527 Mar 24, 2005 01:04 AM

It's a 20 gallon tall, and since the pic has been taken there's been a water dish added and frequent mistings and watering of the plants has compacted the soil more. The pic was taken right after it was set up, so the soil is still dry and "fluffy".
