This snake is not a high white. It is a banana king. A high white cal king is as white as snow with some possible black markings/stripes/bands. Yours is yellow, so it cannot be a high white. This one is being sold as a "reverse stripe" I would assume because the vent is brown. Usually the vent is either yellow/white with some or all of the dorsal bands reaching into the belly or totally encircling the snake. Pretty nice looking snake regardless.
There are so many names floating around with the cal kings anymore its hard to put them all together. Almost as bad as the corns anymore!! You have many names given by many different breeders for the same snakes that it is hard to tell what you are really getting unless you do some research into the genetics of the snakes.
