I'm not an authority on the seeds but I take out the seeds before I feem them to any of my lizards and beardie.
Change in diet is always good.

Yah, I cut out the center after cutting the grape into 1/4"s then for the small beardie I diced the 1/4"s into very small pieces. He ate a few already and seems to like them.He also has banana and a little bit of Romaine, apple as well.

Your very lucky on the fruit. My beardie, georgie just stares at it. I've tried grapes, bananas (mashed), papaya. I think I'll have to use some lizard physicology on him and use the juice of the fruits on his favorite lettuce along with his normal light dusting of brewers yeast, rep cal calcium and a good reptile vitamin.

Ah, you see, it took me a long time to get mine to eat fruits and even veggies. You, have to, in a way, take more crickets out of their diet, so as to "force" them to eat the fruits. Thats what I did with Koopa, and now he LOVES his fruits and veggies. His favorite is raspberries and blueberries, along with some carriots on the side for some not so sweet flavor.
Its just a matter of balancing on that line of starvation and just enough crickets to keep him on the up and up.
Hope this helps!

My beardie isnt so fond of fruits either. She loves her veggies and plows through them, but turns her nose up at fruit unless its pretty well mixed in with the rest of the salad. If its mixed in well she doesnt have a choice because she just shovels it all into her mouth anyway!
