Gold Dust Day Info

chibicricket Mar 17, 2005 10:15 PM

I have about 15 yrs with reptiles and amphibians, and I currently have a 15 yr old ig, and a year old leopard gecko. I will be moving my leo out of her 20 gallon tank into a more lengthy cage soon. I wanted to use the 20 gallon to put a gold dust day gecko in. But first I must do my research! Can someone please direct me to a good book and informational websites to help me get started? I've had salamanders and frogs before where the humidity levels had to be high, and at that time I was using a fogger. What is the best thing to use for gold dust days? I want to get the enclosure finished hopefully before summertime, which is the time I plan to buy the gecko. So, I have plenty of time. Can someone also post pics of their setups to give me an idea? How does the layering on the bottom of the tank go? Also, where's the best place to buy supplies?
