She looks good John. But hey whats with the darkness doesn't that girl got a light in the cage?

Anymore eggs yet this year? My girls (11yr old, and 3yr old) have started so I figured maybe she has too.

hi jody,
sure she has a flood light fixture basking area. its out of view. the heat mat lies on the floor but i lifted it when i was in there last night. she laid a clutch in january, her 3rd since august. then last friday i saw 2 ova in the water container, but no eggs in the nest. my other female is living peacefully with my large male. i do not see any signs of cycling with her yet. nor have i seen any copulation or attempts this time. cheers, -john

I figred you had a light. I was just messing with you since the picture was dark in the background. But then again I cheat my cages get lit by floridas sunshine.

Good luck with them sulfurs if anyone deserves to produce them it is you. It takes alot of devotion to put 12 years into a monitor I commend you for sticking to it.

THANKS JODY,
they are the species that i love most. i know you can vouch for this: they are easily among the most expensive, most messy and most demanding monitor. they keep you. i hope to one day show some cbb sulfur hatchlings on this and other forums. -john
