Getting into Hondos

TraceH Mar 18, 2005 11:03 PM

I am really getting into Hondurans and am thinking about setting up a couple colonies. What are some double recessive traits that are available for Hondos? Like snows are anery and amel, ghosts are hypo and anery. Anything else available besides hybinos?

I think aberrants are simple recessive, aberrant x albino = dbl hets for aberrant albino, aberrant x anerythristic = dbl hets for aberrant anerythristic, a hypo x aberrant = dbl hets for aberrant hypo, snow x aberrant = triple hets (het. albino, anerythristic, and aberrant, ghost x aberrant = triple hets (het. hypo, anerythristic, and aberrant, and hybino x aberrant = triple hets (het. albino, hypo, and aberrant. Thanks, I really appreciate it. Are snows, ghosts and hybinos about the only double recessive traits, besides the aberrant? What are tangerines?

Yes there are only snows, ghosts and hybinos are only the only dbl recessive traits. what are tangerines they are a wild or normal tangerines are not a morph, the colors on tangerines are intense red orange and have narrow black bands that encompass a band of paler tangerine orange.
