enclosures for Drymarchon-opinions?

VICtort Mar 19, 2005 12:02 AM

Dear keepers, I am looking to take the plunge into Drymarchon husbandry. I am researching caging, and wondered if you could offer opinions on Boaphile and Vision brand enclosures. I was looking at 72" length. Both look good, is there a good reason to buy one over the other? I am hopeful of stacking them 4 high. If you prefer, E-mail me at home, I value an honest opinion! Are there other brands to consider? Thankyou for your experienced based opinions, VICtort

I keep adult indigos and cribos in 4 ft. and 3 ft. Visions. Snake room size is limited. When stacking more than two high you can place 2x3 or 2x4 ft. 3/4 in. particle board sheets in between for stability. Aged newspaper for substrate.
