new to U. fimbriatus, can you guys share some tips?

I've looked around the web quite a bit, but I figured experienced owners would have the best advice and info. I recently got 2 beautiful and healthy fimbriatus's. They are 4inches SVL. I was wondering when they would be sexable, how much they eat, specific care needs, (I have the general idea), what size enclosure used, and how fast they grow. Any answers and advice would be great, even if its a one liner! Thanks so much in advance! Also, how old do you think they are at that size (4in. SVL)?
