in a 4x2x2 cage. Assuming they are both juveniles of approx. the same size? I know you can house uros w/chucks. Would the chuck battle the DI? thanks, Dan.

yeah i think it would be possible. i have a cage about the same size with a desert iguana in it and in about a week it will have a baby chuck or two occupying it after i get achance to go herping. it is really important that you pay close attention to the design of their natural habitat.even though desert iguanas require the same temp, humidity, and food they are both from pretty different habitats. desert iguanas are from sandy flat areas, and chuckwallas are from rocky hilly habitats.i designed my cage with a large rockpile on one end of the cage, with several basking spots for chucks, and then the rest of the floor is sand with several desert plants and cactuses, and another basking spot about eight inches from the sand.
sounds like u got a really nice cage setup goin. is there any why u can post some pics of the cage. ive cought a few baby chucks but only took some pics cuz i havent had any ideas for a great cage setup. ive been looking for pics to get some great ideas. if u can post some pics of ur set it would great.
i would post pics if i had a camera, but maybe i can find a way to post them with in the next few weeks. i am going to get some chucks next week so maybe i can post a picture of the cage, with them in it.
