New tank lay out......

BIG DONNIE BRASC Mar 19, 2005 08:44 PM

Well, I put the "kids" back in their old digs.
I took all 500 pounds of rocks out first, and sifted ALL of the sand !!
I then kind of made an Oklahoma side, and an AZ side.
I still need to add the plants.
The picture is misleading....some of those rocks are WELL over 100 pounds each!
The tank is over 7 feet long, 3.5 feet deep, and 3 feet high.
Tomorrow the UV lights will kick on @ 6am......my back hurts!

I know it LOOKS precarious, but those rocks are NOT movin' !!

Hey....do you think lizards enjoy having a lot of nooks, and tunnels and cracks to cruise around in?

Very nice! Though I do have a question: how the heck did you move 100 pound rocks??
