This is slinky's second clutch this year and second overall. Isn't the second clutch usually smaller than the first? Her 1st one was 15 eggs total with 5 being slugs, her second was 18 with no slugs and all appear fertile. The first clutch hasn't hatched as of yet. Soon, I hope. Some are starting to get soft. I would like to hear how other second clutches compare to the first.

Missies first clutch this year was 13 eggs and all died.Her second clutch was laid 27th June and was 7 in total all are fertile and are doing well. =0)

my sunglow motley first clutch was 14 with 1 slug ,of which 12 of the eggs hatched out after 75 days her 2nd clutch 13 with only 1 good egg so i guess thats not bad for her first time.
