Has anybody bred a Chinese Beauty to a Taiwan?

mattg Jul 09, 2003 08:42 AM

I am just curious if anybody has bred a taiwan to a Chinese Beauty and if so what was the outcome? What are the positives and negatives that should be considered before doing something like this.

I appreciate any info given.

Thanks in advance and have a great day!

I'm sure its been done several times. I can't give you any names or dates, but i'm positive it has. Theres also been ridleyi x blue crosses that i've seen. But out of consideration for the species, as its very hard for the masses to tell the difference between beauty ssp/localities already , it's not a very good thing to do IMO. The turn out would be a mutt looking beauty snake. Nothing special.
