Pre-breeding feeding schedule.

ohannah Mar 20, 2005 06:25 AM

Hi

What would be a good feeding schedule and how much for female and male corn snakes in pre-breeding conditions?

Thank you.

I just didn't see this when I could answer it before now!

For pre-breeding, you really cannot feed them too much. If they will accept a food item and keep it down, then they should have it. The breeding season is tough on males and females. The male go on a long fast often times, and the females use up all their extra energy in egg production and laying.

Belly up to the food bar, boys and girls!
