Del,

The stories that could be told about two certain individuals under the Marfa lights, on the big hill, between alpine and Terlingua etc. were interesting. Such things such as car sickness, arguments over speed of driving etc. were rumored and verified. But then again with a coon a-- and a herper from Georgia what would you expect. LOL

Anyone that herps the hills of river road in a very low rental car at 70mph needs to me horsewhiped. If I wasn't sick starting to run a fever before I made Daryl start to drive, I certainly was after he started! Geez, who told him to bring it up to "Ludicrous speed?"

But, you old bastich, you have no room to talk. At least me made it there on the right noght....lol.

Hey, I was awake, KJ was the one that was asleep......you do the math on probing. I guess I am still a perv because I watched though, lol.

I ain't the one that had alien probing-related bowel problems that trip! I might have slept through it, but what is your excuse, Mr. I was awakeand not being probed, for missing John passing us up at less than 30mph if you WEREN'T backing up to an alien probe? I think you liked it!

the anniversary of the day you left the state last time Del. It's a law enforcement state holiday. You know how wide awake I am roadhunting. I don't need any lights to keep me up.

Del,

Isn't it interesting that the only person that is throwing thinly vieled accusations around is a certain coon--- that was observed whining and complaining about a stomach virus etc. When Daryl, myself and even my wife were diligently searching for live herps, he was tired and wanted to go to the room at prime time. I would merely suggest that that same individual is somewhat weak minded and incapable of handling it. If he was a REALLY dedicated herper in the heart of some of the best herping spots in the world you would have thought he would have at least pretended to be trying. But then what would you expect from a biologist from LSU. I think though Kasi was not there to keep him in line and motivated as she is the real brains and back bone in that duo.

Oh well maybe you guys can get free and come down, Cindy and I would love to take the time to show you guys around.

Yes we will be there, look forward to seeing you there. The collection is rebuilding and is up to about 180 animals right now. We have about 31 clutches of eggs and hoping for a few more here shortly. We have been successful in replacing the majority of the lines and hope to have it complete within the next few months. Thanks for asking.

If you were so mentally slow, John, my accusations would not seem to be thinly veiled!

> observed whining and complaining about a stomach virus etc.

What got me sick was Daryl proposing marriage to every hispanic girl on the border he met! It would have gotten you sick, too.

> When Daryl, myself and even my wife were diligently searching for live herps,

Heck, Daryl didn;t even see any of the cool snakes that night until I stopped, caught them, and showed them to him! We were just so tired by that night. You wouldn't know about that, old man, since you didn't even make it out there until too late because you got tired the night before. Heck, we had been on the road evening cruising for 6 hours before you even MADE it to the river road....lol.

> If he was a REALLY dedicated herper in the heart of some of the best herping spots in the world

Best herping spot in the world? I tyhought you meant west Texas. I didn't know you meant Bienville Parush, LA, where they have all the Kisatchie corns and LA Pinesnakes!

> you would have thought he would have at least pretended to be trying.

I was. I'm just a bad actor.

> But then what would you expect from a biologist from LSU. I think though Kasi was not there to keep him in line and motivated as she is the real brains and back bone in that duo.

IF anyone knows The Evil Incarnate, COllector of Souls and Devourer of Hope, they know what you say about her is true. Of course, she would still be there taking pictures of the roundtail horned lizard we saw. Once she sees a "horney toad," my trip herping for the night is over with until she takes about 500 pictures of it....lol.

Can't wait to next year, John. You, Daryl, and Occifer SpiderBoy need to make it to Hebbronville again!
