UPDATE on previous post and another QUESTION

firefighter2598 Mar 20, 2005 09:37 AM

I posted below about some new Leos who were a little stressed and not eating well. I have added hides and put them in a low traffic area. They have started to eat a lot better and hide a lot. Thanks for your help. My question is what could I use to give them a little night heat? I have a UTH but I was wondering if I could use a night glo bulb? What colors could I use? Thanks again for youe help.

How low does the temp get in their tank at night? leo's can take lower temps at night and you may not need anything at all.

A black light works well for nighttime heating.
