Incubation Temps

JTrott Mar 20, 2005 12:26 PM

I have been running my incubator for about 3 weeks now in preperation of 2 clutches this year. My question is, my temps have been fluctuatig between 89.4-90.3 set at 90. When I lower it to 89, the temp fluctuate between 88-89.4. Which would be the best setting, 89 or 90?

Either one would be fine. Personally, I try to set the
temps at about 89.5-90 degrees. I think that anywhere
between 86-91 degrees is okay (but I try to keep away from
the extreme ends of that spectrum).

Good luck!
