I'm sure you gila people have seen this before. You come home and check on the kids and -- one of them is lying upside down - lookin dead. Every time this happenes - it scares the hell out of me.

Glad you like it. The one in the shot above hatched mid november. It was in a clutch of 4 - the others were "normal" and this guy was more "banded" and high orange. Here is a picture of my other high orange one. Hatched mid October, Below is a picture of the same one reight after hatching. Looks very much like my newest one.

Same gila, just hatched (six months ago). I'm trying to document the pattern change. And no, I have never taken any photo lessons!!!
