I just put two male balls in the same cage with one female to see if either of them would show interest in her and they started going crazy and tearing up the whole cage. I took one out ASAP and thing went back to normal. I wont try that again!! Is that how it always goes? Or is that not normal? Thanks.

Males will combat especially during breeding season and almost certainly when there is a female around. Breeders often will do this to get males breeding...but you need to watch them as sometimes they may hurt themselves...and if you do...don't do it for long.

That is what we call combating for the female. It happens most of the time when you put two males in the same cage with females. However I do have a few males that don't mind being in with other males during breed, They actually share....LOL...LOL...LOL...One of them breeds and then the other one will do his job...I have had 2 different males lock up in the same day. I will know the results of the breedings soon. Also the two males fighting usually gets the females stirred up also, So it is a good thing as long as YOU KEEP YOUR EYES ON THEM, because they could kill each other because one of the males usually will leave in the wild, where in a box they cannot go anywhere. I have NEVER had one kill another though. Thanks David

I would defiantly said not a good Idea.
I know a pet store owner that did more or less the same thing.
2 males and 5 females.. well he left them. in there together.
The next day he was one snake short and had one Huge snake.

Hmmmmm, who'da thunk they'd turn cannible.

Tell me about I went down there to see it for myself.
