The zoo-med heat pads are ok and Beanfarm also sells some good ones.

I had Zoo med replaced them all with cobras they run constant snake warm not zoo med all over the place temps cool to so hot you can cook a hamburger.
I love cobras. Dont use them with a rheo either use them as is.
