there's a lot of debate about this, but most people think that uros do not need standing water, that they get all the hidration they need from their food. this seems to be holding true for my uros, they have no water except that which is on their greens. if the uros are dehydrated, you could always give them a soak, but yet again it isn't really necessary.

Ya, most places that I've read have said that a water bowl in their cage just raises the humidity and could do more harm than good. If you're worried about them not getting enough water or they seem to be dehydrated you could try soaking your Uro in warm water, which usually isn't necessary because Uros get all the water they need from the greens they eat. I recommend that when you feed your Uro it's greens rinse them under some water so that they have little drops of water on them so when the greens are eaten your Uro get even more water.
Just a thought

As mentioned, no water in the cage, but have found geyri to be a possible exception. One of my males drinks from a shallow dish of water. Occasiohnally, while it's dry, he go over and lick around looking for some. Use the slow pouring or dripping to entice him/her to the water. See him drink here. My other male doesn't seem to have any interest in it. Again, if you must, a shallow dish and very well ventilated cage.
I've also used a needleless syringe to get them hydrated. Pedialyte and baby food worked wonders.
