This is what "I" would do, If I were to see such an unlikely thing in the wild:
GPS the site and observe the animal until a. I passed out from sleep deprivation b. I was eaten by a cougar, or (if I was lucky, a Jaguar)c. sideswiped by illegal smugglers on their way north or south
Call my wife and tell her where to drop the food and batteries off.
Take video, digital stills (color and B/W), and 35mm,
I would not tell ANYONE about it until such time as was necessary.
I would hire an attorney
then again, if I was starving and lost in the desert I might just eat the damn thing and think of the great story it would make.
So...does this mean you have seen an albino? Wow I would love to find one....
I would stay with it until I was able to get the permits to take it(day and night)....
The only reason I would even consider taking from wild is because it has a better chance surviving in captivity (no camo)!!
But I would make sure it was legal!!

Funny, but your probably more likely to be eaten by a juguar than to actually find an albino lol!
LOL aint that the truth!
So Aaron what's the answer has one been found or are you just trying to stir things up a little??
I wasnt trying to stir you up. I was just trying to find out what people would do if they actually found one. Sorry if I offended you.
I forgot to ask, what do you plan on doing with it AFTER you pick it up? Ethically there is nothing wrong with picking it up and taking pictures and then letting it go IMO, BUT if you plan on taking it home then yes you have yourself a sticky wicket.
There are lots of good people in AZ to discuss this with if you have indeed found such a unicorn.
If you are a F&G crony trolling for poachers, go do real ranger work and protect our parks from drug smugglers and other evil doers. These forums are for serious discussion.

Im not with fish and game and no ive never seen an albino. It would be very hard not to pick one up but i wouldnt do it even if i did find one. But what would the chances of finding one be anyways. very slim
I wonder what an albino would look like...i bet they are beautiful...supposedly one exists...but have yet to see..
