de-worming

I had a fecal float done for my new male from petco by dr scott stahl. It came back with pinworms. Hes being treated with 3 mL of Panacur. Ive read that some parasites are beneficial. Just wondering everyones thoughts one de-worming

correction- the dose of panacur is .3 cc, not 3 ml, oops
