anyone have any buying experience with riptiledepot.com? are they good ppl?

I know many who have had excellent experiences with them, I was not one of them. I ordered three Golden Greek Tortoises, within 2 days of receiving them, they had respiratory symptoms. I talked to Reptile Depot constantly and they said I should take them to a vet. I did, and they were diagnosed with RNS, which spread to all three. I had to return them, they were downright nasty to me and told me I did not care for them properly, they were not sick, (it was my imagination), my vet was an idiot and they were not paying for the vet bills, even though they said they would. It took me months to get a refund, and I was out over $100 for the shipping (twice, once to me, once back to them) and the vet bill. Upon receiving them back, they gave them Baytril and told me they were fine. Gee, if they were not sick, why the Baytril???? Baytril is routinely used for, guess what...respiratory problems!! I, personally, would never buy from them again. This is only my experience though, please take it as only one incident. Good luck!
