"flourescent UVB bulbs"

Malay - mentol lampu UVB (UVB light bulb) ==> probably the most accurate of the translations
Chinese (Hokkien) - UVB peh hoay (UVB white light)
Chinese (Mandarin) - dian4 deng1 (electric light) ==> couldn't think of the word for florescent

Hrm... Unfortunately, Yung's recommendation was to ask your vet for a recommendation, but...
Perhaps either your vet or the local pet store can order them for you. They probably get a break on the cost (wholesale) & on the shipping, since they're ordering with other supplies...

See what they could get it for, then check out what it would cost you to get it through bigappleherp.com. If whichever is lower is still too expensive, then you might just be outta luck... Or you might get lucky and find something on special (check around on eBay too; if you see them, they're usually a bit cheaper than through big apple, but, the seller might not be willing to ship to Malaysia)
