It is rather hard to say what these spots are. How long have they been apparent? Is this a wild caught snake?...lol, just kidding. It does have a passing resemblence with snake mite dermatitis. Perhaps have a close check in and around your collection for the pests.

Without being able to pinpoint what is going on, I"d vaguely suggest a skin infection (dermatitis) of whatever caused it. The snake's history (how long apparent, otherwise doing fine? ect) will determine if this is cause for immediate concern. If no rush, I would compare this photo to one after the next shed and see if it is getting better or worse.

They just appeared recently, about 1-2 wks ago. I had mites and bathed all in Nix and washed down the containers bleach 'n water, wiped down the racks with Nix. That was about 6wks ago or so. I checked quite a few and no one has them. I will keep checking but is there something I can do to coat her down? the sores look well, sore. I have mineral oil, polysproin (sp), etc. Just wondering what it is before I do anything so as not to aggravate the situation.

Any help is greatly appricated.

I don't have a clue as to what the spots may be but after reading what happened to Stevodod and his snake (scrowl down to March 17th) I would suggest taking your snake to a herp vet. Don't mess around with it.
