Henkeli are not a CITES 1 animal and are still allowed to be exported just in smaller quantities.
Thanks,

i emailed the seller about that, the one pic from the side really makes me think that its henkeli, im almost positive. yet the guy says he's dealt with a lot of uroplatus and knows they're fimbriatus, but maybe he just happened to post the wrong pics. who knows. but that one with the regen tail looks almost exactly like my male.

i just got an email from the guy who sold it to captive bred specialties , n it turns out that the animals are in fact fimbriatus , according to the original owner. gosh i had the girl reserved for me any everything as well!!. o well , my search continues.

I have heard of fimbriatus with white eyes. maybe a subspecies?

If they were cites 1 no ship, everyone who has them would be extremely happy. That would make their small fairly reasonably priced collections go up in price.
