Female Fimbriatus

chiropteragirl Mar 23, 2005 10:35 PM

Hi All, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to get a hold of a single female U. fimbriatus? My Female died (broke her neck catching dinner )and every ad I see wants to sell me a male along with a female, which I don't need and with being a double baccalaureate student with a family, I really don't have the time or inclination to try and resell any males. I was just wondering if anyone knew of places other than the classifieds here that I could use to widen my search and give me other options. Any help would be incredibly appreciated, as I would like to use them in a project for an animal husbandry class in the fall. Don't panic, no expiriments, just happily sticking to the glass like he does now, but getting a grade for it! Holly

Not happening any time soon for under a certain price. No one is going to part with females because they are hard to come by. I've got 3.1 fimbriatus and I can tell you that 0.2 I'm after is tough to find.
