This is the latest photo I have of this guy. He is showing some awesome contrast and color. He is from AC reptiles.

Thanks, I like the dalmations because no two are the same and the spots add dimension. I like chaos over symmetrey I guess
first off great looking cresties.
my question is, they appear to be in plastic containers. i was just wondering what size you were using and what size animals you house in them, and how well they have been working for you overall.
Mostly i use 19 qt rubbermaid (Revelations) tubs to house single subadults or pairs of juvies. They work well and are cheap. You can find them on sale for $1.99 each. So I have plenty on hand to swap out on cleaning day. The biggest draw back is the lids while they are very secure they are a pain to get off (2 hands are required). I think if you used them in arack setup where you could lose the lids It would be great. Adults are kept in 58 qt tubs in pairs or single males. I keep my adult females that are not in egg production in groups. They get pampered 55 gallon planted tanks.babies get critter keepers. Hope this answers your question.
these are 20 qt. sterilite in a rack system that i made. i keep subadults and single adults in them when they're not breeding.
Yeah thats what Im thinkn no more tennis elbow popping those lids off Thanks
i had 2 geckos from AC.... and i was taking one out to show someone and pinched it's tail in a screen lid (luckily not the body of the gecko atleast) the tail dropped in the cage and the gecko dropped outside of the cage. i was extremely angry. the next evening i had that rack system that i built. only thing i would do differently is make the screen area a bit smaller, and triangulate a few more corners to make it a bit more rigid and to add some weight to it. here's the gecko that has no tail now.
It certainly didnt hurt his looks any
NICE!
what is the heighth like on those? are they tall enough?
They are about (dont have a ruler handy) 12 inches tall Just the right size for egg crates.
