Very nice Mike, very nice indeed. I hope you have plenty of feeders available....thats a real wad of Diadophis to take care of...I know the pain!

Yeah but you've got the kind that will take lizards and snakes with no problems lol. With these I don't know what the hell they'll take, I've offered them f/t ground skinks, blind snakes, f/t house geckos, f/t garters and lampropeltis, no takers. I'm hoping I'll have better luck with live, or I may have to thaw out some salamanders.

where did you get those? They are hot!! Hope they can be convinced to eat pinkies. My hatchling Regal is still eating about every other day, and is starting to grow noticeably. He's still only the size of a small Northern, but I crush the skull of the defrosted pink, and the snake can get the head down pretty easy--after that, it's just a matter of chewing. Makes me wonder if I could have been doing the same for all the Northerns I tried unsucessfully to keep as a lad.

I actually do not want to reveal my source for the snakes on a public forum Kim.

I'm hoping they take to pinkies as well, but right now I just want them to eat something.

Glad to hear your little regalis is still power chowing on the mice. I'm still hoping I can get my 20" northern on unscented pinks so she regain all the weight she lost from laying eggs last year. Over the summer I managed to get her to eat a few salamander-slimed-fuzzy mice. The hardest thing for her to do was get the body down, the head didn't seem to be a problem.
