The blue on this blue eastern garter snake didn't show up lol, which sucks. It has a nice blue stripe and her sides are blue as well. She's probably 2 feet long or so, and quite thick. Very calm as well, I was holding her for a few minutes and she made no attempt to bite. She's being bred to a melanistic eastern male this year.
Here is a pic of a male eastern garter, who is quite nice looking in person. In the pics he looks brown, but he is a nice red color. Small checks, and a faint stripe, could produce some interesting offspring.
