I inherited a ball python that was under fed. It is almost two years old and is very small. Is this python doomed to always be smaller than norm, or is it possible to feed it back to a normal size? Thank you.

No one really knows for sure. But, I have had a few snakes that I got in similar condition. Two years old and came in last year at 300 to 500 grams. They’re now over 2000 grams. So I know they do make up for lost time. However, be careful. Being so underfed, they will tend to over eat. It’s one of the few things (being underfed) that I have seen that will cause them to over eat.
Good Luck
