Just built the new 6x2 last weekend. Thought id share

Hello fellow 6-footer What kinds of rocks are those / where did you get them? They look neat!

Those are the flagstone rocks you can pick up at any home depot for a couple bucks a piece. The flat smaller ones are sandstone which I collected on my last trip out to the desert

Awesome set up! I also try to use natural objects as rocks, and stepping stones for hides, etc. This will get back into practice once I build my furniture quality setups.........one of these months. LOLOLOL

I saw the bearded up above (coodos to you, I'm a fellow bearded lover).

I'm going to be making a couple similar to yours within the next two months for my mali & brothers mali, my bearded & brothers bearded, and one for an egyptian I am hoping to get in late July/August from Pike (IF HIS BREED).

Question: What did you use for the front? Did you use Plexi-Glass?

Yep.. the egyptian is a new addition For the front I used plexi glass. I found some sort of cheap edge molding at home depot I used for the tracking. It fits the 1/8" glass or plexi. All i did was glue it side by side two give me 2 tracks for front and back glass.

That's what it looked like but I wasn't sure.

the Lowe's near me cuts wood for free, same with plexi-glass.

So I plan on using them for all of the supplies I need for tank building.

I'll post my blueprints for the tanks when I start building in case someone would like them.
