This was taken after eating a large rat, and a few pieces of ham...

Shadow, growing slowly, hes deceptively strong..

Zeus growing fast, and eating like no tomorrow.

Sedona and Sasha, red ackies..

What the heck, I kept one of the hatchlings, hes 11 months old now, 20.5 inches and look at those colors throught the dirt.

They are all really nice, but Zeus is stunning! Wow, I hope he keeps that beautiful black and white contrast. It seems to be quite a large animal already, so chances look good it will keep that color? Its too bad most adult animals strive to achieve the 'drab' look. I guess it helps with camoflage, but sheesh...Look at my rudis, it would be awesome if they'd go for a nice jet black, but nooooo, most wanta be drab.
Cheers!

Over 3 years, hes Sobeks age. Now, I didnt have him or care for him until recently when he was given to me for a debt payment. He was under 3.5ft when I got him, hes grown about 6 inches since.

A debt repayment? Hmmm, I hope for Zeus's sake, that the guy told you to 'keep the change'.

hahahaha, "Your purchase comes to one and a quarter monitors, sir"
Cheers

I helped him set up a cage and set up his husbandry to an extent, he grew to about 3ft long in about 1.5 years I guess (not the best cage design, not enough food, 12 hour light cycle, almost exclusively chicken peep diet (about 3-4 every 4-5 days) unfortunately for zeus. He eats alot of mice and chicken peeps now, in the short time Ive had him hes grown about 8 inches I think. I got him because I offered to take him as part of a few hundred dollar debt repayment (I got him back for $150), plus his old cage which I sold for $100. The guy still owes me $50, but hes also got another WT that scares him, he already offered to give me this guy, Blaize is 5ft and 17.5lbs.
