What UVB light should I use?

i need to get a new UVB and i was wondering what would be best

Zoo Med makes some excellent UVB/UVA lights. Depending on hat kind of lighting set-up you've got, you can go with ReptiSun 5.0 or 10.0 flourescent light strips, or ReptiSun 5.0 or 10.0 Compact Fluorescent UVB lamps. Either choice will last a year b4 running out.

thanx for the reply...im using the repti sun 5.0 right now...is the 10.0 better than the 5.0? and i thought they only lasted 6 months?what is the difference in the 10.0 and 5.0?
