These are our adult Gonacephalus chamaeleontinus. We have been working with these guys for quite some time know and have observed multiple breeding attempts but the female is still unreceptive.

Your male looks like it originates from Java, your female looks very sumatranan. I had no luck with this combination, maybe individuals from these populations can not interbreed.
Anyhow, since there is quite some colour variation in each population I will not full exclude that your female stems from Java as well, but its not just colour, also neck spines to me look like those of animals from sumatra.
