Requesting suggestions on additional heating

Hi Folks,
I have housed my BP in a 75 gallon tank with one heat-mat (Cobra, For vivarium size 50 gal) and one 100W red-incandescent light, which recently burnt out. I am not sure if I should go for a ceramic heater or simply purchase another incandescent bulb.
Looking for suggestions.
