Is the Garwood bill law in NC yet, or must it be approved?

Saw it on the Law forum....Ven keepers (except those in Fla.) count yer days....If it's legal in your state to keep these animals, it won't be for long at the rate these laws are getting passed.....

I believe the venomous bill is already through. There is another bill which is banning a longer list of exotics similar to the new york bill.

The Garwood bill I believe is in the rounds right now. I recently sent info on this out to my herpetological soceity.
