Couple of Pics....one new snake and one Ive had....Nicaraguans boas

robertmcphee Mar 25, 2005 10:27 PM

This is one that I just received from Claude....
Let me know what you think. He is very unusual, the pic is not that good because he had a rough trip getting here. But he has an almost hypo look to him. We will have to see how he looks as he grows. Ill be breeding him to the extreme red nicaraguan girl that I have.

This is my brown Nicaraguan girl. She is also pretty unique. She is close to a shed here so she is kind of brown. She should be ready to go next year, just dont know what to breed her to. Probably have to throw my type II male on her and produce some hets with her dark background maybe some darker type IIs.

Thanks for looking.
Bob

Bring those nasty things to the April Taylor show, and I will get them off your hands. You really do not want ugly boas like that in your collections, escpecially the first pic, it is beyond ugly he is OOOOOOGGGLYY. Craig :}

I have room in my truck for the trip down there, lol. You really have to see that male in person some time. Maybe I can bring him down to the show so you can peek at him, he really is strangely hypoish...for lack of a better word.

Thanks
Bob

Bob, The first one does look like a hypo. I would love to see more pics. From that pic I would say yes. Either way he is a great looking snake. I too have a brown female. I am not sure if it will matter but breeding to a type two is a good idea. You might also want to try her to that hypo looking male. Best of luck, Chris Ginkel
