Running in circles....

loril Mar 26, 2005 12:05 PM

Has anyones uro ever ran in circles, and what does it mean? I have a young mali that just did this. It's kinda comical, I thought I remembered someone posting something about this a while back, I just dont remember what was said. It's a probable male but not sure. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ah, the famous circle dance. This is a uro's way of marking territory. I've heard that it is usually a male thing but that some females also do it. I haven't seen my female do this though, only my male.

Hope this helps.

Hehe, I've never saw this "dance", but last spring I found many circle-shaped dints from the terrarium sand. Often there was some lucid jelly next to them...
...I don't know why, but some times I think my uro is male. hehe

Thanks for the input. Yes, that would leave me to believe yours is male also
I just got a digital camera and have some pretty good shots of the mali I was talking about and also a young red Saharan. Both these guys are young (only about 4-5 inches) and cute as can be.
Maybe someone could help me out with picture posting directions because I've never done it before.
