I would like to know about gopher snake breeding. When do they breed, etc. I'm in the northwest and would like to see some baby gophers soon.

I'm in Iowa. The local, wild bullsnakes breed in early to mid May and lay eggs in mid June to early July. The eggs hatch in mid August to early September. I would expect a roughly similar timing up there in the NW, unless you are looking for captive bred babies.

Herpers need glacial patience.
