Hello all, I'm new to the site so my apologies if this is wrong for whatever reason. Anywho, my uromastyx is getting a bit too big for his current home, and I would like to build a new terrarium for him. I've a basic idea of what to do, but I'm not so sure about some of the materials. I figure I'd just use wood for the basic frame work and such, but with the heat lamps is there something I should do to treat the wood so it doesn't crack? Also for the terrain I had intended on simply building it in, and I've heard good results from people who carved Styrofoam and then poured cement over it...but most cement is abrasive so is there some kind in particular I should use?
