This is a good time to get a few pics while they're still cool and not moving all over the place. The only exception was our faithful male black - when I removed his lid to check his water, he raised his head about 2 feet, hissed loud enough to hear across the building and gaped like a cottonmouth despite the room temp of 53 degrees.

like the dark red pattern on your Sonorans. Everyone is up and eating now at my place, so no more easy pics to be taken.
