my snake has just went through a shed but still has some skin left above her neck and was wonderin what i could do to help get those last bits off.

...and gently rub from front to back only and it'll come off...BP's don't like to be restrained behind the head so be careful...sjm

When that happens with my snakes I fill a plastic sweater box about half way with luke warm water and put them in with the cover on for 20-30 minutes. After I gently towel them off and the dead skin comes off.
