Has anyone seen or heard of a Nosy Be/Ambilobe cross? Would this type of cross be desirable? My aunt has these and was wondering about breeding them. Thanks for any info.

Haven't seen that cross yet....it might be desirable since Ambilobe's seem to be the "hot" panther lately. Good luck!

Amazing Blue Reptiles had a clutch of Nosy Be x Ambilobe offspring from a WC female that turned out to be Nosy Be instead of Ambilobe. They basically looked like a plain and simple combination of the two locales, mostly blue with a little bit of red and orange in there between the bars. The kids looked good, but purity always seems to be more in demand at least from a pricing standpoint. Some of the best looking panthers I've seen were crosses, but it all depends on what you are looking for, pet or breeder.
