Yep, with the help of my sister in law, Ayida finally ate a pinkie. I very gently eased her jaws open with a blunt pair of tweezers, just enough to get them open, and my sister in law poked the head down her throat. I then just held it here as she gulped it down, very quickly I might add. After less than five minutes, the thing was already moving it's way down her belly.

*big, HUGE sigh of relief*

Many thanks to all who posted. She's back in her small enclosure and is not going to even be looked at for at least three days until I feed her again.

I feel like my posts were rather redundant actually. Thanks for your patience in dealing with a complete and utter newbie to the Hog scene. If I didn't love her so much, I wouldn't have bothered.

Now, if I can figure out how to post a few pics, you all can see her! As if you haven't already seen a bazillion pictures of W. Hogs. hehe....
