i met a girl today and i dont know what to think here, doesnt sound to good to me though, but i am new to snakes so i could be wrong...
she was telling me she had a younger corn, and and older one... as a treat once a month she gives the smaller corn a lil smokey cocktail sausage, for the bigger corn she gives him a vienna suasage............
would they even eat something like that? and isnt that bad for them?

Well, that certainly is a "first" for me. I have never heard that one before and I have to say I find it hard to believe that the snakes would eat those, but then again, I know someone who feeds chicken necks and pork to their snake so, I suppose it is possible but probable?? shrug. Can't say how good that would be though, if this person is really feeding them that.

I guess the question is, is this person you spoke with known for tall tales or not?

My goodness, you hear something new (and strange) everyday!

They do make sausage like links for snakes.Ive seen them.If she is feeding them human food then the salt in those mini weiners could hurt a snake.I sometimes feed my snakes chicken parts for a treat. They love the drumstick part of a wing...Paul
