Fast shedding normal?

ssjenny1 Mar 28, 2005 09:23 PM

Hi guys. Yesterday my corn's eyes turned blue, so I was like "great, he'll be shedding." Today I took him out and his eyes were already black again. Put him in his tank, checked on him before going to bed ten minutes later, and he had already shed! Is this normal? My ball takes FOREVER to shed. And last time the corn shed it took about five days. I check on him everyday so I know his eyes hadn't turned blue before yesterday. I don't think this is a bad thing...just thought I'd get your opinions on it.

Snakes shed frequently when there something wrong with the skin. This may be parasites, wounds, burns ect. I'd check with a vet to be sure.
