How many sheets to layer? how many layers? how do I control the uth? any other advice? thankx:

use about 2-3 layers of paper towels and for the UTH use the rheostat.

Just take the paper towel roll, roll out as many sheets as you need, and cut it to size. I use a single layer of paper towels since you don't really need any more than that. Buy a rheostat or a thermostat and plug the UTH into it. You can control the amount of heat given off by the UTH if you do this. If you don't have a control device, the UTH will over heat the area way past the recommended temps.
